AVOCADO MILKSHAKE
13 April 2011
My uncle Tom called me the other day and said to come over to pick up a bag of avocados. I was like, uhh...YES! His friend has a bountiful avocado tree in his backyard so he's giving bags and bags of them away. It's perfect because I've been wanting to make avocado milkshakes. My dad used to whip it up for me when I was a kid. They're really easy to make and so delicious! It seriously only takes a few minutes.
Here are the ingredients you'll need to make two glasses of avocado milkshakes :
1 avocado
1 cup of ice
2 tablespoons of condensed milk (more if you like it sweeter)
1 cup of milk
a pinch of salt
Cut the avocado in half. Scoop it into the blender and toss all the ingredients into it and blend until smooth. And you're done! Yummm.
