...over the weekend, I went to see the hilarious Paula Poundstone. Absofreakenlutely hilarious! She's so good at picking people from the audience and making it part of her stand-up. Here's a clip from 1990. This will sure jump start your week! As if laughing my ass off at the show wasn't enough, I met up with a couple lovely friends and chuckled some more over gelato. On my way home, I drove by little Tijuana street. You'll find clothes and other things flooding the sidewalk, almost like a flea market! Then, I treated Miss Bea a nice Sunday bath after our little jog. Noticed my shoes? My entryway is pretty dark so I slipped on two different ones. Lookout for this trend, it's gonna catch on this summer I tell ya. How was everyone's weekend?
I'd wear the mismatched shoes intentionally - I think it looks pretty awesome!

@ Mallory I think we should all wear mismatched shoes, at least once a week if not every day! I need to start a tumblr on this asap! Spring is, I mean Summer is just around the corner and I hope you get some sun in soon!
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh with the shoes. In high school our uniform called for loafers. I had blue ones and brown ones and walked out of the house mismatched. How embarrassing in high school.

does miss bea like to bath? tascha and vasco (my dogs) don't like it at all. i always end up as wet as they are when i try to bath them.

ReplyDelete@ sen.siˈʝes Glad you like it! Miss Bea isn't a fan of baths but she doen't fight it. She's very calm but after her bath, she zooms around the house like a madog! It's hilarious. Maybe it's to dry off or something.

HAHA...well Ive never worn mismatched shoes but I've worn my shirt inside out on occasion...that sounds like a walk of shame but it wasn't! I hope you had a good weekend.
