To celebrate OLD BRAND NEW's anniversary, I'm giving away this fantastic camera, the Olympus XA2! It comes with a detachable flash and fully loaded with Fuji pro film (36 exp.). It's one of my favorite cameras because of its compact size and it's stealthy to boot! The camera came out in the 80s and has an interesting design. The photos are pretty sharp and contrasty with soft, beautiful vignetting. Here are some of my XA2 photos when I visited Seattle, such a charming city, can't wait to go back!

ReplyDeleteMy father influenced my love for photography and I have been wanting to get back into shooting film so bad. My favorite picture he took of me as a child is when I was still a baby and I put his huge 70s DJ headphones on my head. I'm so grateful that he captured these priceless little moments that I would never have remembered with a very similar camera from the 80s!
So my question for you is :: What is your favorite nostalgic photo of yourself as a child?
