  1. These are really gorgeous photos. Good work.

Also are those the tiny pumpkin things?

  2. Sometimes I leave my flowers out long after they are dead for this very reason. They are almost as interesting shriveled and faded as they are fresh and vibrant!

  3. @ Al Thanks. The tiny pumpkin-looking things are chinese lanterns. Even when they wilt, they still stay that vibrant orange. I found them at the flower market in downtown L.A.

    @ sallylouvintage Thanks, my sweets!

@ Hilary Inspired Exactly! You feel me? They are just as beautiful.

  6. It does look pretty. But I must admit I hate the smell of dead flowers in my home...

  7. @ Erin Thank you.

@ Jennifer Aw, thanks. I can use more J in my life as well. See you soon.

@ Iris Yea, some wilted flowers are very pungent. Luckily these tulips aren't offensive.

  9. Beauty can be found anywhere...hope you're having a good week and to answer your question, it's SSDD (same s*** different day!)...thrift pickings are slim. I think it's just that time of year when the Christmas/holiday stuff has taken over all the thrifts...

  11. @ Marieke Thank you!

@ Allan Oh, you're right. I haven't found anything at the thrifts in what feels like months! That needs to stop. Hope you're enjoying your week.

    @ Shauna Thank you.

@ Pink Ronnie I'm thrilled to hear that. Thank you so much for stopping by. :)

@ Hivenn Thank you so much.

  14. Wow...so pretty! They almost look like they're made of silk. There is something so otherworldly about them.
