KITCHEN CONCOCTIONS : ICE CREAM MUESLI WAFFLE

07 December 2011

It's never too cold for ice cream, right? Not that it gets that cold here in Los Angeles. I wish it did though! So, let me share with you a quick kitchen concoction that combines some of my favorite breakfast bites: Belgian waffles, ice cream, and muesli.  It's a perfect, healthy balance! A bit of sweets with a bit of mult-grains. I can eat this all day. Yummy nommy nom. Enjoy!

  6. Delicious looking and very very photogenic! That first photo is so good!
You know, even here in Portland where it's been 34°F for the past few days, it's not too cold for a 20 block ice cream run.

  8. Whoa, I need to get a waffle maker already!! I love ice cream any time of the year. Have you tried Carmela? They have a shop in Pasadena and sell at some farmers markets. My favorite ice cream in LA!

  13. Certainly never too cold for ice-cream. I had some yesterday when there the first snow flurries in London and I am heading to Italy for Christmas to visit family and will definitely be having a scoop (or five) of gelato when I am there. This might become my next favourite breakfast.
